STANDARD CARRY-IN SERVICE

- Diagnosis fees as LOW from RM30.00 per printer
- Operation hours: 9am-6pm, Monday – Friday
- Quotation for repair/part replacement charges: 2 – 3 working days.
ON-SITE SERVICE
(Laser Printer Only)
- Onsite coverage – Klang Valley, Selangor
- Respond time within 24 – 48 hours or Next business day
- All charges are based on per printer/per job basis
- Service charges are vary depending on printer type, location & office hours (T&C Applies)
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
- ZERO machine downtime
- Extended machine lifespan
- Monthly maintenance & service
- Contract agreement basis: 1/2/3 Years (fixed cost)
CORPORATE PROGRAMS
- Meter reading/ click charge
